CW Fittings made the fittings and valves by precison lost wax castings, the technich of the casting foundry are with long history and complicated process. All the parts should go through at least 36 times and about one week . We care about the temperature and humidity in the production process. In order to avoid defects in the casting process, we are equipped with a professional technical team and quality personnel.
Precision casting fittings are made by precision casting process which can ensure the finished fittings have more smooth surfaces ,lower tolerances and higher purity.
For keep the production accuracy, we use the CNC machines to finish the machining of the holes and threads part. And all the machining inspection records are stored at our office for tracing the production process.
